A reservation/security deposit of $500 payable by check within 7 days of reservation is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the unit within 30 days following departure. $20 parking fee
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded following satisfactory inspection of the unit for damages or loss of items, and within 30 days of departure date.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged for each stay.
